About Us

Bob Reid has been passionate about cars since he was a teenager. He began customizing his first car, a 1966 Pontiac GTO, in high school and his passion grew from there. With diligence and a desire to learn Bob worked to expand his expertise and opened his own shop in 1988. Since then the business has grown and become a true family venture. Working alongside his wife Debora and sister Kathy, this family business has grown. C&R Auto & Truck is proud to serve the surrounding community with the individualized attention, quality and care that customers have come to rely and depend on.

C&R Automotive has been a proud sponsor of the East Hartford Little League. For the past 15 years, we encourage young baseball players to be a part of a team, play to the best of their ability and just have fun. We will continue to sponsor the East Hartford Little League for many more years.
